Started working on level editor!

Hello everyone!

Today I will start implementing the level editor into my game. This editor will let you create your own maps with any song you want! Here is a list of features I have planned for it:

- Choose what type of bullet spawns where and when.

- Create your own custom bullet with a custom path.

- Add effects to your map such as pulsing, particles and background changes (Maybe even custom backgrounds!)

- Choose the lives and regen the player has while playing the level.

- Choose the difficulty of your map (Hopefully people will be honest with this)

- The ability to randomize a bullet's position or/and type.

- There will be a feature that lets the player know whether a map has been beaten by the creator.
